Perfection is the enemy of progress.
Most projects fail. Some fail because it is useless and others because it takes too long to be released into the world. I prefer to release something useful but quickly. How I would do this? Why would I do this?
I would release a Minimum viable product often because it would allow me to get feedback as quickly as possible to see where I can navigate, what needs changing, and if the idea is any good.
Scrum focuses on what is important. It was developed to allow continuous feedback and flexibility. It is iterative and incremental.
My favorite tool to set up Scrum boards is Jira.
